Healthy Take Outs

Buy vegetables and fruits that do not require peeling, such as baby carrots or grapes. Put them in a bag and take them with you for an easy snack on-the-go. The tiny versions of most vegetables actually tend to be sweeter and have more flavors in each bite.

For additional flavor, put hummus or yoghurt in a small container as a dipping sauce for the vegetables and fruits.
