Fettucine Aglio e Olio with Grilled Salmon

  • Coat the salmon with a pinch of salt and pepper for about 15 minutes before grilling. Set aside
  • Cook fettucine inside a pan filled with boiled salted water until it’s done
  • While cooking the pasta, heat the olive oil on a wok with medium heat. Put garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the sun dried tomato and stir well. Turn the heat off. Add basil leaves and stir occasionally
  • Remove fettucine from the pan, drain, and transfer into the wok with spices, toss to coat. Add salt and pepper to taste then toss. Set aside.
