Mixed Fruit Smoothie with Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 350 g kiwi. Peel, rinse, and chop.
  • 150 ml plain yogurt.
  • 200 g mango flesh, chop.
  • 150 g fresh raspberries, rinse and hull.
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened orange juice.
  • 1 tsp honey.

 

Directions:

  • First layer: Put the kiwi into a blender, process until smooth. Pour kiwi smoothie into 2 tall, chilled glasses.
