Chinese Cabbage and Pineapple Smoothies

Ingredients:

  • 200 g ripe pineapple, chopped
  • 50 g Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 250 ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Ice cubes

Directions;

  • Place the carrot, tomato, and celery in a juicer. Process until completely smooth
  • Pour honey. Stir well
  • Add ice cubes. Serve immediately
